Consulting & Done-For-You Games

Four decades of games.
AI-accelerated speed.

Agencies bill months of human hours. I run an AI-accelerated studio pipeline, so you get strategy in days, prototypes in weeks, and full games for a fraction of agency quotes. Every game on this site was built with it.

The pipeline is the proof. Every game on this site was built with it, and they're playable in your browser right now.

* Prices assume a single-player build with placeholder or AI-assisted art. Multiplayer is not a feature you bolt on, it changes the design and the whole technical build, so it's always quoted separately. Same for bespoke art. Ask through the form below and I'll price it honestly.

Why me

Bud Leiser

I beat The Legend of Zelda at age four. There is a photo of it somewhere, and we are still hunting for it. Four decades of playing, dissecting, and competing in games later, I build them with an AI-accelerated pipeline and help other people fix theirs.

By my mid-twenties I was competing at a national level across four games at once: a D&D Miniatures championship qualifier, invited to the World Championship at Gen Con, and in the alpha test for Magic: The Gathering Online. I was also a Magic judge and a Wizards of the Coast delegate. Never one game, always the grammar underneath all of them: economies, positioning, reward loops. That's the eye I bring to your build.

Questions you're probably asking

Why are these prices so far under market?
Because I'm building a public case-study portfolio, and early clients get founding rates in exchange. The deliverables are full-strength, the prices aren't. Each case study I publish steps the price up toward the crossed-out rate, so booking earlier costs less. Whatever price you book at is the price you pay.
Who owns the work?
You do. Prototypes, full builds, source, assets, documents. Everything is yours, with no license-back and no strings.
How can a prototype take weeks instead of months?
An AI-accelerated pipeline does the production labor while I do the design thinking. The games on this site are the demo, so play them and judge the output yourself.
What if you're not the right fit?
The first 15 minutes of any call are free specifically to find that out fast. If I can't help, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
How do payments and refunds work?
Checkout is through PayPal, so you can pay by PayPal balance or any card, no account needed. The Teardown is fully refundable until I start reading your materials. The Sprint is a $250 deposit that reserves your slot; the remaining $750 is due only after we agree on scope on a call, and the deposit is refundable if we decide it's not a fit.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send yours with the inquiry and I'll sign it before you share anything. One limit: I can't sign a non-compete or anything restricting me from working on games in general, since that's my whole livelihood. Confidentiality about your project, absolutely.
Does the price include art?
No. Quoted prices assume placeholder or AI-assisted art so we can prove the game is fun before anyone pays an artist. Bespoke art is quoted separately, and I'll tell you honestly when a game needs it and when it doesn't.
