Consulting & Done-For-You Games

Four decades of games.
AI-accelerated speed.

AI accelerates the production work; I stay hands-on with the design, review, and delivery. That means faster iteration, direct access, and no handoff chain. Every game on this site was built with this workflow.

Or anything I haven't thought of yet.

* Prices assume a single-player build with placeholder or AI-assisted art. Multiplayer is not a feature you bolt on, it changes the design and the whole technical build, so it's always quoted separately. Same for bespoke art. Ask through the form below for a written scope. Platform approval is controlled by the platform and is not guaranteed.

Why me

Bud Leiser

I beat The Legend of Zelda at age four. There is a photo of it somewhere, and we are still hunting for it. Four decades of playing, dissecting, and competing in games later, I build them with an AI-accelerated pipeline and help other people fix theirs.

By my mid-twenties I was competing at a national level across four games at once: a D&D Miniatures championship qualifier, invited to the World Championship at Gen Con, and in the alpha test for Magic: The Gathering Online. I was also a Magic judge and a Wizards of the Coast delegate. Never one game, always the grammar underneath all of them: economies, positioning, reward loops. That's the eye I bring to your build.

Questions you're probably asking

Why are these introductory rates?
These are founding-client rates while I build a consulting portfolio. You get every listed deliverable, no case study is required, and your checkout price stays locked for the purchased scope.
Who owns the work?
You own the custom deliverables the signed agreement assigns to you. I keep my pre-existing tools; third-party and open-source components keep their licenses. I never publish a case study without your separate written permission.
How can a prototype take weeks instead of months?
I use AI-assisted tools for production tasks while I direct the design, review the outputs, and remain responsible for delivery. The playable builds on this site show the kind of work the workflow can produce.
What if you're not the right fit?
The first 15 minutes of an initial fit call are free, and no paid work begins without agreement. If I can't help, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
How do payments and refunds work?
Checkout is handled by PayPal. PayPal may offer card checkout without an account, depending on eligibility. You may cancel a Teardown for a full refund until I email that review has begun. Before Sprint work begins, either party may decline and the $250 pre-work deposit will be refunded. The remaining $750 is due only after we agree on scope. Once work begins, the signed scope's cancellation terms apply.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. I'm happy to review a reasonable NDA before you share confidential material. Please do not send confidential files until it is signed and we agree on a transfer method. I cannot accept non-compete terms or restrictions on working on games in general.
Does the price include art?
No. Quoted prices assume placeholder or AI-assisted art so we can test the core loop before commissioning bespoke art. Bespoke art is quoted separately.
