Do you charge by the hour?
No. You get a fixed scope and a fixed fee, or a partnership where my reward grows with yours. You always know how it works before I start.
Who owns the work?
You own the custom deliverables your signed agreement assigns to you. I keep my own tools. Third-party and open-source parts keep their own licenses. I never publish a case study without your written yes.
How can you build this fast?
AI agents do the production. I plan, direct and check every piece. See the method and the numbers on the Proof page.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, a reasonable one. Please don’t send confidential files until it is signed and we agree how to send them. I can’t accept terms that stop me from working on games in general.
What if you’re not the right fit?
I’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
